Our reservations are here to provide you with a pleasantly seamless experience. We require a credit card or gift card to hold your treatment reservation.

We do offer spa services for 16/17 of age with written consent from parent/or guardian. For liability reasons as well as ensuring a relaxed environment, we don’t allow children under 16 to accompany parent/or guardian to their scheduled appointment.

A quick note about cancellations:

• Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, just let us know 24 hours before your scheduled treatment. We’re all doing this thing called “life” together, for any appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged to the card on file or deducted from the gift card.


• Late arrivals will be charged for the entirety of their visit.
• Our “no call, no show” policy is only fair. 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged to the card on file or deducted from the gift card.
